The Zovly Promise:
We operate on a Zero-Persistence and Zero-AI model. We do not use LLMs to process your data, and we do not retain your raw LinkedIn archive files after the mapping process is complete.

At Zovly, your professional network is your private asset. This policy outlines our rigorous commitment to ensuring that your data sovereignty remains intact while using our intelligence tools.
1. Data Archive Processing
Zovly processes professional data archives (e.g., LinkedIn ZIP exports) that you explicitly upload.
- Local-First Parsing: Data is parsed to generate a network graph. All name-to-industry inference is deterministic and code-based.
- Zero-Persistence: Raw ZIP files and CSVs are purged from our active processing memory immediately after your session ends or the graph is finalized.
- No Data Scraping: Zovly does not scrape LinkedIn. We only process data you legally own and provide to us via official data portability exports.
2. No-AI Guarantee
We do not share, sell, or transmit your professional connection data to third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini). All mapping logic is proprietary, deterministic, and executed within our secure environment.
3. Information We Collect
Account Information
We collect your email and name via our authentication provider to manage your subscription and provide access to your secure dashboard.
Payment Information
Transactions are handled securely by our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Zovly does not store your credit card details on our servers.
4. Data Retention & Auto-Purge
Zovly implements a strict data lifecycle to minimize storage of sensitive metadata:
- Starter Plan: All analyzed network metadata is automatically purged from our database 30 days after upload.
- Professional Plan: Data is retained for 365 days to enable growth tracking and year-over-year analytics, after which it is purged.
- Manual Deletion: You may trigger a full deletion of your graph at any time from your dashboard settings.
5. Third-Party Services
We only use essential service providers:
- Hosting: Vercel & MongoDB Atlas (Secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access).
- Payments: Dodo Payments (PCI-compliant billing and Merchant of Record).
- Support: Email communication for founder-led assistance.
