At Zovly, your professional network is your private asset. This policy outlines our rigorous commitment to ensuring that your data sovereignty remains intact while using our intelligence tools.

1. Data Archive Processing

Zovly processes professional data archives (e.g., LinkedIn ZIP exports) that you explicitly upload.

• Local-First Parsing: Data is parsed to generate a network graph.
• Zero-Persistence: Raw ZIP files and CSVs are purged from our active processing memory immediately after your session ends or the graph is finalized.
• No Data Scraping: Zovly does not scrape LinkedIn. We only process data you legally own and provide to us.

2. No-AI Guarantee

We do not share, sell, or transmit your professional connection data to third-party Artificial Intelligence models (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini). All mapping logic is proprietary, deterministic, and executed within our secure environment.

3. Information We Collect

Account Information

We collect your email and name to manage your subscription and provide access to your secure dashboard.

Payment Information

Transactions are handled securely via Dodo Payments. Zovly does not store your credit card details on our servers.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You have the right to delete your analyzed network graph at any time. Once you trigger a deletion from your dashboard, all associated metadata is permanently erased from our database.

5. Third-Party Services

We only use essential service providers:

• Hosting: Secure cloud infrastructure with restricted access.
• Payments: Dodo Payments for PCI-compliant billing.
• Support: Email communication for founder-led assistance.
