Welcome to Zovly. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Zovly's professional network intelligence services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing Zovly, you agree to be bound by these terms. We provide a platform for analyzing professional connection data archives. If you do not agree with these terms, you must cease use of the service immediately.
2. Use of Services & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age. Zovly is designed for professional use by individuals managing their own network data. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
3. Data Archive & User Content
Data Ownership
You retain 100% ownership of any data archives (e.g., LinkedIn ZIP exports) you upload to Zovly. Zovly does not claim any ownership over your professional connections or the insights generated from them.
Compliance with Third-Party Terms
Zovly is an independent service and is not affiliated with LinkedIn Corporation. When you upload a data archive, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to possess and analyze that data, and that your use of Zovly complies with the terms of service of the platform from which the data originated.
The Zero-Persistence Guarantee
As part of our commitment to privacy, Zovly does not store your raw archive files. Once the data is parsed and the intelligence graph is generated, the source files are purged from our active processing systems.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Zovly is a paid service. All payments are processed via Dodo Payments. Subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
5. Acceptable Use
- Attempt to reverse engineer the Zovly mapping algorithms.
- Use Zovly to identify or track individuals for the purpose of harassment or illegal surveillance.
- Upload archives belonging to other individuals without their express consent.
- Automate data submission to Zovly via scripts or bots.
6. Limitation of Liability
Zovly provides intelligence based on the data you provide. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party archives. Zovly shall not be liable for any professional decisions made, or losses incurred, based on the visualization or analysis provided by our tools.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
